| REGISTRATION |
Registration
and Customer Services Desk will be opened from
22nd of November through out the event period in fornt of 'MYANMAR'
Ballroom, level 2.
Event office will be opened at Traders Hotel on
the 6th floor.
Fee - US$ 100.00 per Delegate.
All are requested to pay in US$ cash at the Registration desk. |

| AIRPORT
TRANSFER |
Please
note that their will be 'MIFFA' Team to meet you at Arrival Lounge
to assist you through Immigration and Customs counter. All are need
to inform your flight details in our form. Transport from Airport
and return sending off will be US$ 20.00 for both way which had
to pay at our Customer Service desk. Airport to downtown is 18 KM.
On return, ' MIFFA ' Team will be sending out through Immgration
and Customs formalities.
NOTE : We are offering a package service for both transfer for Convenience
of all delegates. |

November will be winter season and Temperature is around 27·C. |
| CURRENCY |
The unit of currency use
in Myanmar is 'KYATS'market exchange rate is around US$ 1.00 @MK
xxx.xx.
NOTE: for your kind information and convenience, we suggest all
delegates to change you US$ at our Customer Service desk. Changing
on the street is illegal and Banks do not change US$ for MK. Also
acceptable currency for exchange is US$ only.

All
payments ( Registration, Hotel, Golf,Tour and others etc. ) are
acceptable only in cash. All kind of credit cards are presently
do not accept at this moment in Myanmar.
Note : No credit card payment alloewed. All are cash terms acceptable

Do kindly bring enough cash.

All delegates are kindly
requested to bring ( EACH DELEGATE ) premium liquor ( scotch or
cognac ) for contribution to the confrence functions.

APPLICATION |
Travelling
to Myanmar will need visa.To apply visa will be at our Embassy of
the Union of Myanmar in your country. We appreciate kindly contact
us at following emails which we will provide a MIFFA letter stating
to our Embassy for issuing of Business visa. Please kindly let us
have full style of Myanmar Embassy address at your country and we
will print out a letter
and email back to you.
NOTE : Delegate name appeared in passport and your present passport
No. and passport expiry date are needed. We need your particular
not later than October 5, 2004.

| COMMUNICATION |
This
is one of the most IMPORTANT point which all delegates should note.
In Myanmar, your mobile handset cannot be use and international
service line for all Oversess mobile are not accessable. We will
be providing the overseas connection line at our Customer Service
Desk and also in Event office. Delegates can use our line by paying
charges accordingly. Also, email service will be provide with broadband
line which all delegates can use the access through our service.
We will open
line for each country such as ( say ) tiffa@efrgroups.com ; sla@efrgroups.com
for all countries.
COMMUNICATION PACKAGE
- Through out the event
will be US$ 25.00 for each country. We will inform all email address
to you ahead so that all delegates can leave the email contact
address for your
